Made-to-measure assembly lines

We design and build assembly lines from aluminium profiles. Products are moved along roller tracks by hand, or a sloped gravity track can be used.

We offer many profile sizes, so we can adapt the line to a wide variety of requirements and to the customer's operation.

How products move along the line

We choose the track according to how products are handled on the line:

  • roller track: products are pushed along the rollers by hand,
  • inclined (gravity) track: the movement of products is provided by the incline of the track,
  • rotary assembly plates: products lie on a rotary assembly plate, and after passing along the line the plates return to the start of the track underneath the line.

From a light line to heavy-duty positioning

We build light ergonomic assembly lines, but also heavy-duty, sophisticated ergonomic product positioning and electrically height-adjustable assembly stations. Electrically controlled height adjustment is smooth and quiet, so the assembly station can adapt to the operator.

A line is therefore not a fixed product. We assemble the length, height, tracks and number of assembly stations according to the product that is made on it.

Profiles and the Dynamic system

  • The 8 mm slot is the common standard for assembly workstations and conveyor structures.
  • The 10 mm slot is the strongest range for long assembly lines, heavier machines and higher loads.
  • The Dynamic system is a separate range of profiles with fasteners and accessories for conveyor lines, assembly lines and roller tracks.

Roller tracks from the Dynamic system for moving material and products can also be found in a separate category.

Assembling the line

You can have the line built by us, or assemble it yourselves; assembly is an optional service. The profiles are joined mechanically, without welding, the steps are described in the guide in the Structure assembly section, and thanks to the slots the line can later be extended or rebuilt.

How to enquire about a line

Describe the product that travels along the line (dimensions, weight), how many assembly stations you need and whether they are to be height-adjustable. We will design the tracks and profiles accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

What tracks for moving products do you offer?
Roller tracks along which products are pushed by hand, and a sloped (gravity) track. Products can also lie on rotating assembly plates, which return along the underside of the line to the start.

Can the line be equipped with height-adjustable stations?
Yes. We offer electrically height-adjustable assembly stations as well as robust ergonomic product positioning.

How do the rotating assembly plates work?
Products lie on a rotating assembly plate which, after passing through the line, travels back along the underside of the line to the start of the track.

What profiles are assembly lines built from?
We have many sizes of aluminium profiles on offer. For long lines and higher loads the strongest range with a 10 mm slot is used, for ordinary assembly workstations an 8 mm slot.

Will you design a line for our operation?
Yes, we design and build assembly lines to the customer's requirements, from light ergonomic lines to robust solutions.

Is assembly of the line compulsory?
No, it is optional. You can have the line assembled by us or put it together yourselves.
