Ergonomic packing tables SSE
Ergonomic packing tables SSE have a structure made of aluminium profiles with slots, to which you can easily attach any element of your own as well as accessories from other manufacturers. It is precisely the slots that make them a very flexible solution for an ergonomic packing workstation. We make fully individual versions; the tables shown are only examples of our best-selling solutions.
Slots and T-nuts: add what you need
Using T-nuts, any accessory can be fixed into the profile slots in any position and from any side of the profile, even accessories from other suppliers. This could be a PET bottle holder, a notice board, a document holder, additional shelves, hooks, hinges, eyelets or controls. If something changes in the company, the profiles from the tables can be reused for other equipment.
Examples of solutions for SSE tables
- metal drawers and lockable boxes functioning as drawers,
- a fold-down extension worktop whose profiles slide in under the worktop,
- custom dividers,
- a surface with ball bearings and an opening for an integrated scale,
- tubes under the worktop for plastic bags,
- made-to-measure packaging-material cutters, including cutters for heavy rolls of stretch film.
The tables shown are only an example. We build an SSE table to your specification, so anything here can be changed or left out and something else added.
Height and stability
The modular system allows smooth height adjustment while ensuring the stability of the table. The shelves can be positioned ergonomically, where the operator can reach them best. If the table height is to be changed by a motor, these are the electric ergonomic tables ESSE.
Where SSE tables are used
We build SSE tables as packing workstations (pack stations) and as tables for returns. For simple packing, receiving and dispatch there are also the lightweight packing table system 30 and the heavy-duty packing table system 40, which you set up yourself in 3D.
Delivery and assembly
We can prepare the table in three ways: fully assembled (on a pallet or without one), partly assembled from components that the customer can easily put together themselves, or completely unassembled. With an unassembled table you need to unwrap the profiles from their original film and assemble every small part, but it is the cheapest option. Finished tables are secured on pallets during transport so that they cannot move.
Assembly is an optional service; you can do it yourself.

No, assembly is an optional service. We can prepare the table fully assembled, partly assembled or unassembled (the cheapest option, assembled by yourself).
What can be done with the profiles if something changes in the company?
The profiles from the tables can be reused for other equipment in the company, because it is a modular system.
