Ergonomic packing table system 35

An ergonomic packing table for packing, goods receipt and dispatch, with a frame made from 35×35 aluminium profile with an 8 mm slot. You set the dimensions, number of shelves and accessories below in 3D and see an indicative price straight away. The table height can be chosen mechanically thanks to a sleeve made of 40×40 square steel tube with a 2 mm wall, which slides over the legs; it is switched on in the default setup and you set its length in the generator. Assembly is an optional service: with assembly we supply the table assembled, without it unassembled (flat-packed). The shipping price changes accordingly: we determine it after the order and you confirm it before the proforma invoice is issued.

The 35×35 profile between systems 30 and 40

The table frame is made of an aluminium profile with a 35×35 mm cross-section and an 8 mm slot. It is a middle size between the system 30 table (30×30 profile) and the heavy-duty system 40 table (40×40 profile). Dimensions and accessories are set in the same way for all three tables, and the same configuration can be switched between systems 30, 35 and 40 in 3D.

Height as needed

At the bottom of each leg, instead of castors, adjustable feet and end caps, a sleeve made of 40×40 steel tube with a 2 mm wall and an end cap at the bottom is fitted, painted in RAL 7016 (dark grey-black, gloss). The leg always enters it by at least 70 mm, so the table height can be changed mechanically by sliding the leg into the sleeve. In the default configuration the sleeve is switched on; in the generator you can switch it off and set its length, and the price of the sleeve is calculated according to its length. There is no other part at the level of the sleeve; the lowest shelf is above it.

Workstation ergonomics

The system 35 table is intended for packing and dispatch workstations and differs from the electrically adjustable ESSE tables in that you set the height mechanically.
