Packing and dispatch workstations to suit your operation
Whether you are looking for a small or a comprehensive solution for a new hall, we will adapt the design of the packing and dispatch workstation to your requirements. Tables and workstations (pack stations) are made from aluminium profiles with clamping slots, so they can be adjusted, extended and rebuilt. The lightweight packing table is intended for packing, receiving and dispatch; for returns we offer a robust made-to-measure solution.

- The lightweight packing table system 30 has a frame made of 30×30 profile with an 8 mm slot, the heavy-duty packing table system 40 one made of 40×40 profile with a 10 mm slot. The outer dimensions of the table are the same for both.

Design your table in 3D
For both the lightweight and the heavy-duty table, the page includes a generator: the table is displayed in 3D and you can see an indicative price straight away while setting it up. The width can be chosen in the range 500–3,000 mm and the depth in the range 400–1,500 mm; you select the number of shelves and the accessories directly in the generator. Ergonomics and stability
We make packing tables so that they adapt as well as possible to the packing process and to the operator's working comfort. The modular system allows smooth height adjustment while ensuring reliable stability of the tables. The shelves slide up and down and forwards and backwards, and are continuously adjustable in angle, so they adapt to the work, not the other way round. In distribution centres, quick height adjustment is key for packing and dispatch activities. Accessories and worktop modifications
The packing workstation can be extended with, for example, pull-out boxes, steel drawers, packaging-material cutters, shelves above and below the table, fold-down extension worktops, LED lighting or roll holders. Whatever you can think of, we are ready to design and build it.
We make custom openings in worktops for a scale or scanner, and the work surface can be fitted with ball bearings for easy movement of boxes and crates. A more detailed overview of add-ons is in the category Packing table accessories.
Nothing is fixed
The table dimensions, the height of the work surface, the number of shelves and the accessories are not fixed. We will adapt the table and the whole workstation to your packing procedure, and if the procedure changes, the profiles from the tables can be reused for other equipment in your company. The system also looks modern and is very flexible.
Assembly and shipping
Assembly is an optional service; you can also put the table together yourself. For tables from the generator, the shipping cost varies depending on whether you choose assembly: it is set by a member of our staff after the order is placed, and you confirm it before the proforma invoice is issued.

Can I design a packing table myself?
Yes, you can set up both the lightweight packing table (system 30) and the heavy-duty packing table (system 40) in the 3D generator. You can choose a width from 500 to 3,000 mm and a depth from 400 to 1,500 mm, add shelves and accessories, and see an indicative price straight away.
