Safety guard fencing
We make safety guard fencing from aluminium profiles to order and without being limited by size ranges. It is suitable for enclosing machines and assembly lines according to the safety requirements of your operation.
We adapt the height, the length of the walls and the mesh size to whatever you need to enclose.
Fencing without size ranges
We make safety guard fencing to measure as required. We are not limited by any size ranges: the fencing can be of any height and its walls of any length. The last wall section can be made to measure to the millimetre, so the fencing adapts to the space you are enclosing, and not the other way round.
What the fencing consists of
- Posts: the basis is 45×45 or 45×90 mm aluminium profiles, but even that is not a requirement.
- Infill frames: 30×30 mm aluminium profiles.
- Mesh: 50×30 mm ribbed mesh made of galvanised wire 3.1 mm in diameter.
The 45×45 and 45×90 mm profiles belong to the strongest series with a 10 mm slot, the frames made of 30×30 mm profile to the universal series with an 8 mm slot. Each series has its own connecting accessories designed precisely for its slot size, so if you choose different profiles, it is the slot that has to be watched.
Infills: mesh or solid wall
The mesh size can be changed. Ribbed mesh leaves the view of the enclosed equipment open, while solid infills, on the contrary, hide it. Instead of mesh, the walls can be filled with, for example, polycarbonate, plywood or PP-C plastic panels. What goes into the infill is for you to decide, according to what the fencing is to do for you.
Doors and accessories
We are preparing hinged and sliding doors and further accessories for the fencing. If you need them, state so in your enquiry so that we can tell you the current status.
Fencing assembly
We can assemble the fencing for you, but we do not have to: assembly is an optional service. Walls made of profiles are put together mechanically, with screws and connecting accessories, so they can also be assembled yourself following the Structure assembly guide.
How to enquire about fencing
In your enquiry, state:
- what machine or line the fencing encloses,
- the dimensions of the space and the required height,
- what infill you want (mesh, polycarbonate, plywood, plastic panels),
- whether you are planning hinged or sliding doors.
On that basis we will design the posts, infills and mesh size.
