How an unpowered conveyor works
An unpowered roller conveyor has freely rotating rollers mounted in a frame; goods move along them without a motor, for example when you push them along the rollers by hand. The simple construction is cheap to run because it needs no power supply and no drive maintenance.

If you need a different solution, you assemble the conveyor from individual parts: profiles, rollers, heads, legs and joints. When assembling from parts, make sure the dimensions stated for the individual products match, for example profile 23×75 or 23×127.
What to focus on when choosing
- Width: the roller length determines how wide the goods that fit on the conveyor can be.
- Length: the length of the conveyor determines the number of rollers and supports.
- Rollers: you choose the diameter and material, and optionally a ribbed surface.
- Side guides: ready-made conveyors are supplied without them; guides are selected separately.
- Stand: legs and joints according to the height and layout of the workstation.
Unpowered only
You will not find motors, gearboxes or electrical components in this range. We focus on simple conveyors that can move goods without powered parts.
