Ready-made sections with free rollers
Every conveyor is a frame with rollers that rotate freely. The roller pitch is the same in all versions, so they differ mainly in length and width: the roller length determines how wide the goods that fit on the conveyor can be, and the conveyor length determines how far you can move them.
Aluminium, steel and knurled rollers
- Aluminium rollers (Ø50 mm) have a lower weight.
- Steel rollers (Ø51 mm) are heavier and are also available in longer versions.
- Knurled rollers (Ø50 mm) have a textured surface.

Conveyors are supplied without a side guide
The ready-made sections come without a side guide. If the goods are to be guided at the sides, the guides are selected separately in the category Conveyor side guides. Check in advance whether the given guide profile fits your structure.
When to choose a ready-made conveyor
A ready-made section is suitable when you need a simple unpowered conveyor in a standard length and width and do not want to assemble it from parts. If you want your own dimension or layout, use separate rollers, profiles and stands.

What is the difference between aluminium and steel rollers?
They differ in material and diameter: aluminium rollers have a diameter of 50 mm, steel rollers 51 mm. Steel rollers are heavier.
How wide can the goods be for the conveyor?
The width is determined by the roller length. Choose it so that the goods rest on the rollers across their full width.
Are the conveyors supplied with a side guide?
No, the ready-made conveyors come without a side guide. Side guides are selected separately.
Can I extend the conveyor?
