From design to a finished structure
The typical route leads from a 3D design through ordering the material to assembly. You can design simpler tables yourself in the generator: for packing tables you set the dimensions, shelves and accessories in 3D and see an indicative price. You will find them in the categories Lightweight packing table system 30 (30×30 profile with an 8 mm slot) and Heavy-duty packing table system 40 (40×40 profile with a 10 mm slot).
A structure made of aluminium profiles is a modular kit. Thanks to slots along the full length of the profile, it can be extended, modified or dismantled at any time, without welding, using only screws and connecting accessories.
What is good to know in advance
The slot determines compatibility
Profiles can be joined directly only within the same slot series (6, 8 or 10 mm), and most accessories, such as end caps, T-nuts and feet, are made for one specific slot size.
Slot size is chosen according to load
The 6 mm slot is the lightest series for small stands and covers, the 8 mm slot is the universal standard for workbenches and machine frames, and the 10 mm slot is the strongest series for heavy structures with long spans.
The joint is chosen according to purpose
For quick assembly without precise pre-drilling, corner angle brackets with T-nuts inserted in the slot are used. For maximum strength and minimum joint visibility, cube connectors or internal connectors are chosen, and three-way corner connectors suit places where three profiles meet at one point.
Assembly: with us or DIY
Assembly is an optional service. You can have the structure assembled by us, but you do not have to: anyone assembling it themselves will find the procedure in the Structure assembly section. This applies to tables, workstations and other assemblies made of profiles.
