We design modern made-to-measure workbenches with employee health in mind and respect the individual requirements of our clients. We assemble a single workstation or an entire new production project on a turnkey basis.

From a single workstation to an entire production line
We will gladly build even a single made-to-measure workstation. If you are building or rebuilding production, we design a turnkey project, from workbenches to their equipment. What they have in common is that they are made to your requirements, not from fixed models.
What made-to-measure tables are made of
- Structure: a sophisticated aluminium modular kit; the tables are modular.
- Worktop: laminate, multiplex plywood or edge-glued beech panel. Laminated chipboard has a durable surface for ordinary workshop use.
- Height: tables can be height-adjustable, mobile or with electric adjustment, which is smooth and quiet.
- Equipment: you choose the accessories according to what is done at the table.
Any of this can be changed, added or left out. We build the table according to how work is done at your site, and not the other way round.
How to choose a profile according to load
The 8 mm slot is the usual standard for workbenches, with a good ratio of load capacity to weight. For heavy or large constructions there is the strongest series with a 10 mm slot, and for light and portable constructions the lightest series with a 6 mm slot. If you are unsure, start with the 8 mm slot and we will fine-tune the rest together.
If you want to set up the table yourself
You can set up packing and dispatch tables in the 3D generator: you see the dimensions, shelves and accessories straight away in the preview, together with an indicative price. You will find them in the categories Lightweight packing table system 30 and Heavy-duty packing table system 40. For all other workbenches, the online enquiry is used.
Assembly
Assembly is optional: we will assemble a made-to-measure table for you on request, but you can also build it yourself. For self-assembly it is enough to know how profiles are connected and how screws are tightened, and that is exactly what the Structure assembly guide describes step by step.

Yes. We can design a complete turnkey project for a new production facility, or build just a single made-to-measure workstation.
What worktop material can I choose?
We build workbenches with a worktop made of laminated board, multiplex or edge-glued beech board. You select the material in the enquiry.
How do I request a made-to-measure table?
Through the online enquiry form: you choose the table type, dimensions, worktop material and accessories, and we get back to you with a proposed solution and a price.
Can I set up the table myself in 3D?
For packing tables, yes: in the categories Lightweight packing table system 30 and Heavy-duty packing table system 40 you set the dimensions, shelves and accessories in the generator and see an approximate price straight away.
Do you take employee health into account in the design?
Yes. We design modern workbenches with employee health and clients' individual requirements in mind.
Can I assemble the table myself?
Yes. Assembly is an optional service, so you can order it from us, but you can also put the table together yourself.
