Made-to-measure trolleys and stands

We make handling, supply and any other warehouse trolleys for warehouses and production to your requirements. If you cannot find exactly the one you need, send us an enquiry: a construction of aluminium profiles adapts to what you carry and how you carry it.

Assembly (supply) trolley UNI.ALU45

The ergonomic UNI.ALU45 trolleys keep important material always within reach. Basic parameters:

• fully and smoothly adjustable shelves: in height, angle and forwards and backwards, as suits you,
• trolley load capacity of 120 kg or 200 kg,
• swivel castors with locks,
• shelf infill made of water-resistant film-faced plywood 10 mm thick.

Dimensions to suit your crates

The trolley dimensions can be freely modified to suit your existing crates and boxes. You therefore do not have to change your packaging because of the trolley; the trolley adapts to the packaging. We set the length, width and shelf spacing according to what is transported in your operation and in what.

Castors, feet and stands

Castors and other parts are screwed into the end face of the profile via the internal thread, so the height or position can be fine-tuned even after assembly. Stands and structures that are not meant to move can be fitted with adjustable feet for levelling on uneven surfaces, or with plastic glides that protect the floor. Trolley assembly

With a trolley, you decide for yourself whether to use our assembly service or to put it together following the Structure assembly guide; assembly is an optional service. The guide also covers fitting castors and other accessories.

Enquiry

In your enquiry, state the dimensions of your crates or boxes, the weight the trolley is to carry and where it will be used. We will design the trolley and stand accordingly.
