Pull-out floors for vans

What a pull-out floor is
A pull-out floor, in other words a pull-out floor platform, is a surface in the cargo area that slides out of the vehicle. It has no fixed catalogue dimensions: we simply make it the way the customer asks, according to the specific brief.
Combination with an existing fit-out
A pull-out floor can be designed as an addition to a fit-out that you already have in the vehicle. A typical brief: the vehicle has a shelving unit and the customer additionally needs a floor pull-out for a bicycle.
Example: bicycle pull-out
The bicycle pull-out is built from aluminium profiles with slots for anchoring anything anywhere, in a natural or black anodised finish. The cube connectors can be sprayed in any colour shade, for example to match the vehicle exactly. The surface of the pull-out platforms does not have to be continuous: the standard material is film-faced poplar plywood, which can be combined with profiles and openings. Dimensions are designed individually to the millimetre for any supported van model.

How the brief works
Send us by e-mail a photograph of the vehicle's cargo area and briefly describe what will be stored or secured on the pull-out. A hand-drawn sketch with dimensions is ideal. Based on it, we will design and make the pull-out exactly to your wishes.
Installation
You can have the made-to-measure pull-out installed or assemble it yourself, the choice is yours. It is anchored to the vehicle body by drilling into the reinforced parts, which complies with type-approval requirements.
