Euro box pull-out system
The Euro box pull-out system is a shelving unit with aluminium pull-out frames (platforms) that adapt to any crate and secure it with an automatic spring catch. You pull the crate out, take what you need and push it back in – the catch locks it in place by itself once it is pushed in.
The shelving unit can be assembled from several sections side by side, so you can combine Euro boxes of different sizes in one vehicle.
How the pull-out frame works
The frame (tray) carries the crate and pulls out of the shelving unit like a drawer. A spring-loaded catch automatically secures the drawer when it is pushed in, so it does not slide out while driving.
Euro boxes, systainers and your own cases
We adapt the pull-outs for crates (Euro boxes), systainers or any other cases. The advantage is that you can quickly carry a pile of material or tools out of the vehicle.
Several sections side by side
The shelving unit is assembled from several sections side by side, and each section can have a different crate size. The assembly as a whole also includes several columns of pull-outs, and each column has its own number and height of pull-out boxes. You therefore do not have to choose a single crate size for the whole vehicle.
Made to measure and future-proof
The pull-out frames are not catalogue dimensions. They are built around the crates and cases you actually carry, and when your equipment changes, you can extend or rebuild the assembly: the structure can be extended at any point with another shelving unit or just a profile on its own.
When to reach for another solution
If you need a higher load capacity than the lighter pull-outs offer, steel drawers with a locking catch are added (see the category Steel drawers for vehicles). A column-type structure with tiers for 400×300 mm Euro boxes is offered by the Euro box shelving unit.
Installation
Installation is an optional service that you can replace by doing it yourself. Anchoring the frames in the vehicle involves drilling into reinforced parts of the vehicle body, in line with type-approval requirements. There is no need to drill into the aluminium profiles again for later modifications, because you use their slot.
