Fiat Doblò van fit-outs
We build the Euro box shelving unit for the Fiat Doblò to measure, to the millimetre around what you actually carry – cases and tools, not to a single universal catalogue size.
We design the fit-out for the entire current range of Doblò vehicle bodies: from the flagship L1H1 through the extended Maxi L2H1 to the newer Doblò and the electric E-Doblò in both L1 and L2 versions.
Two generations, two lengths and an electric version
The Doblò is split in the catalogue into an older generation up to 2022 (L1H1 and the extended Maxi L2H1) and a newer one from 2022 (Doblò L1 and Maxi L2). To these is added the electric E-Doblò from 2023, again in lengths L1 and L2. For the extended Maxi version the wheelbase differs between the generations, which is why we design the fit-out for each separately.
We have gone furthest with the L1H1 body: it has ready-made, technically verified assemblies. The assembly for the Maxi L2H1 is in preparation, and the other versions will be added to the product cards as they are completed.
How the shelving unit works
The column-type aluminium structure with tiers for 400×300 mm Euro boxes is assembled from profiles like a construction kit. Every profile has a clamping slot along its full length, which allows the position of the shelving unit, dividers and accessories to be changed even after installation, without drilling into the profile again. Neither the dimensions nor the layout are fixed in advance: anything in the assembly can be rebuilt, moved or left out so that the shelving unit fits your cases and tools.
Anchoring and installation
The structure is anchored to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body, i.e. the side panels and floor. Installation involves drilling into these places in line with type-approval requirements; vans of this type usually have very few original anchor points. After installation, the entry in the vehicle's registration document is made.
Installation takes place in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or directly at the customer's premises. Ordering it from us is not mandatory, though – after delivery you can also assemble the shelving unit yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Which Fiat Doblò versions do you have ready-made assemblies for?
We are furthest along with the L1H1 body up to 2022, which has finished, technically verified assemblies. The assembly for the Maxi L2H1 is in preparation; for the newer Doblò, Maxi L2 and E-Doblò, cards are being added gradually as the versions are completed.
Will you drill into the vehicle body during installation?

Can the shelving unit still be rebuilt after installation?

Can I install the shelving unit in the Doblò myself?
You can. Installation with us is not mandatory, and the shelving unit is designed as a kit of aluminium profiles. If you do wish to entrust it to us, we will agree on the location: Prague, Slavičín in the Zlín region, or your address.
