Van and car fit-outs
A van fit-out is a bespoke working installation made of aluminium profiles or steel, which we build to the millimetre to suit a tradesperson's equipment. We have been supplying turnkey fit-outs and conversions since 2009, and since 2019 we have been using our own system of pull-out frames with spring-loaded locking.

A custom fit-out instead of a catalogue shelving unit
A custom fit-out means that we build the storage system to the millimetre according to the requirements that emerge from a consultation with you. We adapt to the customer's tools, cases and ideas, which is why it is not set in advance how wide the shelving unit will be, how many drawers it will have or what will fit in them. The assembly can be modified, reworked or rebuilt at any time when your equipment changes.
The basis is an aluminium profile system with a clamping slot along the full length of the profile. Shelves, drawers, handles and your own accessories can be anchored in the slot anywhere on the structure, so you are not tied to original accessories. A damaged shelf part is replaced on its own; you do not have to buy a whole new one. And when the vehicle reaches the end of its life, the profiles remain usable for a shelving unit in another vehicle or for an entirely different product.

Which vans we build fit-outs for
We build fit-outs for the most common vans on the Czech market: Mercedes Sprinter, Mercedes Vito, Ford Transit, Ford Transit Custom, Fiat Ducato, Fiat Doblo, Citroën Jumper, Citroën Jumpy, Renault Master, Renault Trafic, Opel Movano, Opel Vivaro, VW Crafter, VW Transporter, VW Caddy, MAN, Iveco Daily and Toyota ProAce. The Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer share a platform, so the same shelving system applies to them. How a turnkey fit-out works
- Send us a hand-drawn sketch or a description of how you imagine the fit-out.
- We design a realistic 3D model.
- You view and comment on the design, and we adjust the model until it is exactly as you imagine.
- We install the fit-out, or you assemble it yourself (see Installation and anchoring for details).
- After installation, the fit-out is entered in the vehicle's registration document.
Installation and anchoring
Installation is an optional service. We carry it out in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or directly at the customer's premises; anyone who prefers can assemble the structure themselves.
Because we adapt to the customer's tools and cases to the millimetre, the vehicle's original anchor points cannot be used, and category N1 vans generally have very few of them anyway. The structure is therefore anchored to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body, namely the side panels and floor, and installation includes drilling into these parts in line with type-approval requirements. There is no need to drill into the profiles themselves again when making later changes.
Ready-made assembly or custom order
In the e-shop you will find example assemblies that can be ordered immediately, and we also build entirely individual dimensions. A ready-made assembly is therefore a starting point, not the final form: it can be shortened, widened, extended with another pull-out or shelf and built according to what you actually carry.
Frequently asked questions
Can a van fit-out be made to measure, or only from ready-made assemblies?
Both. Ready-made example assemblies from the e-shop can be ordered straight away, and we will build a fully made-to-measure fit-out to your requirements, always to the millimetre according to your tools and cases.
Does installing the fit-out require drilling into the vehicle body?
Yes. The structure is anchored to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body (side panels and floor), and installation includes drilling into these parts in line with type-approval requirements. There are very few original anchor points on N1 category vans, and a made-to-measure fit-out would not use them anyway.
Which vans do you make fit-outs for?
For the most common vans on the Czech market, from the Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit and Fiat Ducato to the Renault Trafic, VW Crafter, Iveco Daily or Toyota ProAce. The full list is given above. If your vehicle is not on it, send it to us in an enquiry.
Where does installation take place and can I do it myself?
