Opel Vivaro van fit-outs
The Opel Vivaro has undergone a generation change, and the fit-out for it depends on which Vivaro you have: the older one up to 2019, or the newer one from 2019 including the electric Vivaro Electric. We adapt the aluminium shelving unit to your equipment to the millimetre.

Three groups of vehicle bodies
- Vivaro up to 2019 – L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2,
- Vivaro from 2019 – L1H1, L2H1, L3H1 and Crew Van L2 and L3,
- Vivaro Electric from 2020 – L1 to L3.
In our data, the older Vivaro has the same dimensions and wheelbases as the older Renault Trafic. The Crew Van is listed in the database with a shorter cargo area. You can see what is already finished on the product cards.
Example: electrician
Every electrician has their own habits and storage system. Organisers and small cases for relatively light material are important, and the equipment differs depending on the specialisation – domestic installations, industrial installations, photovoltaics. Euro boxes can be divided into smaller parts and taken out according to the type of job you are heading out to. You will find more on the page Van fit-outs for electricians. Euro boxes can sit on shelves with a base made of light film-faced poplar plywood, or have their own cradles.
We adapt the specific equipment to your work – anything in the assembly can be modified, rearranged or left out.
Installation
Installation can take place in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or at the customer's address. Anchoring is done by drilling into the reinforced parts of the vehicle body – the side panels and floor – and meets type-approval requirements. You do not have to order it from us, though: the fit-out is a kit of aluminium profiles and can also be assembled yourself.

Is a Vivaro shelving unit suitable for electricians?
Yes. Euro boxes can be divided into smaller sections and removed depending on the type of job, and they suit the organisers and small cases with light materials that electricians need most often.
Do you also cover the Vivaro Crew Van, or only the cargo-only version?
In our database the Crew Van L2 and L3 is a separate vehicle body with a shorter cargo area. We design the fit-out for the specific vehicle body; assemblies are being added to the product cards gradually.
Who will install the fit-out in the Vivaro?
Either we do – in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region, or on site at your premises – or you do it yourself. Nobody has to order installation from us.
