Compact, Standard, Long
For the Expert from 2016, the lengths are called Compact (L1), Standard (L2) and Long (L3). To these are added the Crew Van in the Standard and Long lengths and the electric e-Expert from 2021 in lengths L1 to L3. The older Expert up to 2015 is in the database in the L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2 versions. According to our data, the Standard and Long have the same wheelbase, and the Long is longer overall.
Pull-out frames with locking
A shelving unit with aluminium pull-out frames – platforms – adapts to any crate and secures it with an automatic spring-loaded catch. The assembly can be built from several sections side by side, combining different Euro box sizes in a single vehicle. The basis remains an aluminium shelving unit with tiers for 400×300 mm Euro boxes on columns. We adapt entirely to the millimetre to the customer's tools, cases and ideas. Installation
We carry out installation at our premises in Prague or in Slavičín in the Zlín region, or on site at the customer's, but it is not mandatory. Drilling into the reinforced parts of the vehicle body is standard during installation and meets type-approval requirements. Anyone who wants can assemble the kit themselves, and thanks to the clamping slot along the full length of the profile, the position of accessories can then be changed even after installation without drilling into the profile again.

Which Peugeot Expert does the fit-out cover?
Our database lists the Expert up to 2015, from 2016 in the Compact, Standard and Long versions including the Crew Van, and from 2021 as the electric e-Expert. We design the fit-out for the specific vehicle body.
Is Compact the same as L1?
Yes. For the Expert from 2016, Compact corresponds to L1, Standard to L2 and Long to L3.
Can different Euro box sizes be combined in the Expert?
Yes. The shelving unit can be assembled from several sections side by side, and different Euro box sizes can be combined in one vehicle; the boxes are secured by an automatic spring catch.
Where is the shelving unit anchored in the Expert?
To the reinforced parts of the vehicle body, by drilling into them. This is the standard procedure and it meets type-approval requirements; you do not have to order the installation itself from us.
