Expert and Partner: two ranges, several generations
We list the Peugeot Expert in two generations: up to 2015 in the L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2 versions, and from 2016 in the Compact (L1), Standard (L2) and Long (L3) versions, including the Crew Van. The electric e-Expert is added from 2021 in lengths L1, L2 and L3.
The Partner is a separate range: up to 2018 and from 2019 in lengths L1 and L2, with the electric e-Partner from 2021. We list the older and newer generations separately because their vehicle bodies differ.
The Peugeot Boxer takes a different route
The Boxer belongs to a trio with the Fiat Ducato and Citroën Jumper. The three vans share the same platform, which is why we offer an identical shelving system for them, broken down by side and by body version. You will find the page under the name Van fit-outs for Ducato, Jumper, Boxer.
How to store Euro boxes
For lighter loads, the lightweight System 30 is a good fit, with its light construction and pull-out frames for any Euro boxes. Boxes can be removed and swapped freely, depending on the type of job you are heading out to. You can store them in three ways:
- Euro boxes can sit on shelves with a base made of light film-faced poplar plywood.
- They can have their own fixed cradles that hold them in place.
- Or they can sit in cradles with standard ball-bearing slides, turning the box into a drawer with an automatic catch that stops it sliding out.
What the fit-out includes
The basis is aluminium profiles with a clamping slot along their full length. This has a practical consequence: you can change the position of the shelving unit, dividers and accessories even after installation, without drilling into the profile again. Ready-made assemblies and custom orders
Example assemblies for the Expert and Partner will be added to the product cards as they are completed. Until then, you can choose entirely free dimensions, made to measure, as a custom fit-out.
What installation involves
- Where: in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region, or directly at the customer's premises.
- Who: us, or you – installation with us is not mandatory and the kit can be assembled yourself.
- Anchoring: to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body (side panels and floor), with drilling into these places in line with type-approval requirements; vans have very few original anchor points.
- After installation: entry in the vehicle's registration document.
