We make Ford fit-outs for three sizes: the Transit Connect, the Transit Custom and the larger Transit. We build the Euro box shelving unit as we do for other makes – made to measure, to the millimetre according to the cases and tools you actually carry.

Three sizes of Ford, three different fit-outs
The Ford Transit Custom has different cargo-area dimensions from the larger Transit, and the Transit Connect is smaller than both, so we design each fit-out separately, made to measure for each of them.
- Transit Connect – lengths L1 and L2, from 2014, and also in the newer generation from 2024, including the PHEV version. We build the Euro box shelving unit for both body lengths.
- Transit Custom – from 2012 in the L1H1, L1H2, L2H1 and L2H2 versions, from 2023 in lengths L1 and L2; we also list the electric E-Transit Custom.
- Transit – from 2014 in lengths L2 to L4 and heights H2 and H3, with front- or rear-wheel drive; the electric E-Transit from 2022.
Work fit-out for the Transit Custom
For the Transit Custom we make an individual work fit-out, to the millimetre, to suit your equipment. The ever-present clamping slots allow you to anchor anything anywhere, including your own elements. Alongside classic TECNO steel drawers we offer made-to-measure pull-outs with a locking catch, which can be fitted with any plastic Euro boxes of various heights, Systainers and other types of boxes and cases.
Parts are easy to restore: a damaged shelf part can be replaced for a fraction of the price, compared with a classic tray or shelf that you would have to buy new in full.
Anything in the assembly can be rebuilt
The assembly on the card is one of the possible versions, not the only option. Anything in it can be changed, redone or rebuilt – according to the cases and tools you carry, to the millimetre. The extensibility of the system in all directions also allows the fit-out to be extended later, when you add further equipment.
Trailer with the same system
The same drawer system that we build into vehicles from the aluminium kit is also fitted to trailers, which we offer in various sizes and load capacities.
Example or custom order
For the Transit Connect in both L1 and L2 lengths, ready-made assemblies exist that can be modified. For the large Transit and the Transit Custom you can choose entirely free dimensions, made to measure, as a custom fit-out.
Installing the fit-out in a Ford
You can order installation – in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or directly at your premises – but you do not have to. Once delivered, the aluminium kit can be assembled yourself.
The structure is anchored to the Ford's body in the reinforced parts (side panels, floor), so installation includes drilling into these places in line with type-approval requirements. N1-type vans tend to have very few original anchor points. Entry in the vehicle's registration document is part of completing the installation.
Frequently asked questions
Does the fit-out for the Transit Custom differ from the fit-out for the larger Ford Transit?
Yes. The Transit Custom has different cargo-area dimensions from the larger Transit, so we design a separate made-to-measure fit-out for each of them.
What can the pull-outs with a locking catch hold?
Any plastic Euro boxes of various heights, Systainers and other types of boxes and cases. We make the pull-outs to measure for your equipment.
What if one part of a shelf gets damaged?
Only the damaged part is replaced, not the whole shelf. It costs a fraction of the price of a conventional tray or shelf, which you have to buy as a complete new one.
Can the Ford fit-out be extended later?
Yes. The system can be extended in all directions, so you can add to it when you have more equipment to carry.
Does installing the fit-out in a Ford involve drilling into the vehicle body?
Yes, into the reinforced parts of the body (side panels and floor), in line with type-approval requirements. The aluminium profile is not drilled again when modifications are made; its clamping slot is used instead.
