Toyota Proace Long van fit-outs
The Toyota Proace Long is the longest of the Compact, Medium and Long vehicle bodies, and we build the Euro box shelving unit for it to measure – according to your cases, tools and what you carry in the van every day. A ready-made product card currently exists for the Proace Long from 2016.
The Long among the other Proace models
In our database the Proace Long is listed from 2016, alongside the Compact, Medium, the Crew Cab version and electric versions. The Medium and Long share the same wheelbase; the Long is longer overall and has a longer cargo area, which is why we design its fit-out separately. How the shelving unit is built
The aluminium shelving system consists of an upright structure with tiers for 400×300 mm Euro boxes. Individual parts can be enlarged, reduced or left out entirely, so the shelving unit can be fine-tuned to the millimetre for your equipment. Because every profile has a clamping slot along its full length, the position of the shelving, dividers and accessories can be changed even after installation, without drilling into the profile again. Renders and accessories for the individual versions will appear on the product cards as soon as they are ready.
Installation at a glance
- The structure is anchored to the side panels and floor, i.e. the reinforced parts of the vehicle body.
- Anchoring requires drilling into these places, and we carry it out in line with type-approval requirements.
- The fit-out meets type-approval requirements and is entered in the vehicle's registration document after installation.
- Installation takes place in Prague, Slavičín (Zlín region) or at the customer's address; you do not have to order it, though, as the assembly can also be put together yourself.
Frequently asked questions
How does the Proace Long differ from the Proace Medium?
The Long is a longer vehicle body with a longer load space, on the same wheelbase as the Medium. We therefore design the fit-out separately for each length.
