Ball transfer tables

What a ball transfer table is

Ball transfer units are among the handling aids built into workstations so that loads do not have to be handled by hand. In a table they work within the surface of the worktop: the product slides along it on balls instead of along a bare worktop.

Construction from aluminium profiles

The table is based on the same aluminium kit as our other workbenches. The dimensions, worktop and accessories can therefore be adapted to the workstation where products are handled. As with the lightweight and heavy-duty tables, ask for any accessory or modification.

Part of the workstation, not a stand-alone element

For a good workstation, material flow and organisation within the zone of comfortable reach are also important. A table with ball transfer units therefore makes sense as part of an entire workstation: for example, following on from an assembly line with roller tracks or from an ergonomic height-adjustable table.

Assembly and enquiry

You can have the table assembled by us or build it yourself following the Structure assembly guide. Assembly is an optional service. In your enquiry, state what products are to be moved along the table, and we will propose suitable dimensions and equipment.
