MAN van fit-outs

The fit-out for the MAN TGE van is an aluminium profile shelving system that we build according to what you carry in the van and which tools you need to have to hand – not as a finished part with fixed dimensions. We list the TGE vehicle bodies in the same lengths and heights as the VW Crafter, which is why the ready-made assembly for it is also based on the same solution.

MAN TGE in lengths L3 to L5 and heights H2 to H4

We list the MAN TGE from 2017 in lengths L3, L4 and L5 and in heights H2, H3 and H4. The lowest height, H2, exists only with length L3; the longer bodies L4 and L5 come in H3 or H4. We list each version separately with front-wheel drive (FWD) and with rear-wheel drive (RWD), twelve variants in total. We plan the fit-out according to your specific version, because the length and height of the cargo area determine how many shelving sections fit side by side.

Ready-made assembly for the TGE L3H3 with front-wheel drive

The first ready-made shelving fit-out is designed for the MAN TGE L3H3 FWD. It is the same assembly we offer for the VW Crafter L3H3 FWD, because in our data both vans have identical body series. What it consists of and what it costs is shown on the product card below; it is not the only possible solution but a starting point that you can modify.

Adjustments to suit what you carry

The aluminium profile allows the assembly to be changed even after installation. On the TGE you can set, for example:

  • the position of shelves and dividers, which you slide along the clamping slot of the profile,
  • the height of individual tiers according to the dimensions of Euro boxes, cases or tools,
  • the number of sections side by side, so you can combine different Euro box sizes in a single vehicle,
  • leaving out a part you do not need, or adding it later.

Anything can be reworked, changed or rebuilt as your work and load change over time. For a length or height that has no ready-made assembly, we will design the fit-out made to measure.

Anchoring and installation

We anchor the structure to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body. Vans have very few original anchor points, which is why drilling is part of the installation.

Installation is an optional service. You can assemble the aluminium profile kit yourself after delivery, or entrust it to us – in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or at the customer's address.

Frequently asked questions

For which MAN TGE do you make fit-outs?
For the MAN TGE from 2017 in lengths L3 to L5 and heights H2 to H4, always separately for front-wheel (FWD) and rear-wheel (RWD) drive. We build the fit-out according to your version and what you carry.

Is there a ready-made assembly for the MAN TGE?
Yes, for the L3H3 version with front-wheel drive. It is the same assembly as for the VW Crafter L3H3 FWD, and you will find it as a product card on this page.

What if I have a different length or height of the TGE?
We will design a made-to-measure fit-out for it. Send us the vehicle version (length, height, drive) and what you want to carry, and we will build the shelving unit from aluminium profiles accordingly.

Can a ready-made assembly be changed?
Yes, anything: move shelves, adjust the height of the levels, add or remove sections, or leave out unneeded parts and add them later. A ready-made assembly is a starting point, not a fixed product.

Is the vehicle body drilled during installation?
Yes, the structure is anchored to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body, and drilling is part of installation. Vans have very few original anchor points.

Do I have to order installation from you?
No. Installation is optional; the kit of aluminium profiles can also be assembled yourself after delivery. If you entrust it to us, we will carry it out in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region, or at your premises.
