Opel Movano van fit-outs
In our data the Opel Movano appears in two generations, and we design the fit-out according to which one you have. We adapt the aluminium shelving system to the length of the vehicle body and to your equipment.
Up to 2020 and from 2021
The Movano up to 2020 is in the database in the L1H1, L2H2, L3H2 and L4H2 versions. The newer Movano from 2021 comes in the same versions, with L2H1 added. In our data, the newer generation has the same dimensions and wheelbases as the Fiat Ducato, while the older one differs in size, which is why we design the fit-out for the specific model and year.
Euro boxes as drawers
Euro boxes can sit on shelves with a light but sturdy base made of film-faced poplar plywood. Or they have precise cradles in which they do not shift while driving, or cradles with standard ball-bearing slides – the box then becomes a drawer with an automatic catch that stops it sliding out by itself. There are several types of catch, and we choose them to suit your work.
We tailor the assembly to your equipment to the millimetre, and if that changes, we rebuild it. According to your brief, we place it along the left or right side wall, or directly behind the partition behind the cab, and because the system can be extended in all directions, it can be added to at any time.
Installation
The shelving unit is a kit of aluminium profiles, so you can assemble it yourself; installation with us is not mandatory. Thanks to the clamping slot along the full length of the profile, the position of accessories can be changed after installation without drilling into the profile again. If you want to entrust the installation to us, we will come to you, or do it in Prague or in Slavičín in the Zlín region.

Which Opel Movano does the fit-out cover?

Is the fit-out for the new Movano the same as for the Fiat Ducato?

Can a Euro box become a drawer with a lock?
Yes. Euro boxes can have cradles with standard ball-bearing slides, turning the box into a drawer with an automatic catch that stops it sliding out by itself.
Can I install the Movano fit-out myself?
Yes. Installation is an optional service, and the shelving unit is a kit made of aluminium profiles. If you would like to leave it to us, we will do it in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region, or on site at your premises.
