Renault Trafic van fit-outs

The Renault Trafic is a medium-sized van, and we build the fit-out for it to order from aluminium profiles – so that it fits your tools and materials, not those of an average tradesperson. There are no cards with specific Trafic assemblies in the catalogue yet; we will design the fit-out according to your brief.

The Trafic in two lengths

In our vehicle body database the Trafic is listed from 2014 in the L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2 versions, newly joined by the electric Trafic Van E-Tech Electric (L1 and L2) from 2026. In our data the older Trafic has the same dimensions and wheelbases as the Opel Vivaro up to 2019; you will find the fit-outs for the Vivaro in its own category.

Example: the plumber

A plumber usually carries hand tools and cordless tools, pressing equipment, pipe systems and small installation materials – fittings, fixtures, valves or seals. Euro boxes in the shelving unit allow clear sorting and, because they can be removed freely, the plumber takes along only those needed for the job. You will find more on the page Van fit-outs for plumbers.

Anything can be rebuilt – the shelving unit, the tiers and the layout of the boxes are adapted to what you actually load into the Trafic.

Anchoring and installation

There are very few original anchor points in vans of this type. We therefore anchor the structure to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body, and the drilling into them meets type-approval requirements; the entry in the vehicle's registration document is made only after installation. The installation location is Prague, Slavičín (Zlín region) or the customer's address. We have been building turnkey fit-outs and conversions since 2009, and specific assemblies for the Trafic are added gradually as product cards.

Frequently asked questions

Which Renault Trafic versions do you make a fit-out for?
In our database the Trafic is listed from 2014 in the L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2 versions, and from 2026 as the Trafic Van E-Tech Electric in lengths L1 and L2. We design the fit-out for the specific vehicle body.

Is the Trafic the same as the Opel Vivaro?
Up to 2019, the Trafic and Vivaro have identical body dimensions and wheelbases in our data. We nevertheless list the fit-outs for them in two categories and design them to suit your equipment.

Is a Trafic fit-out suitable for plumbers?
Yes. Euro boxes in the shelving unit make it possible to sort fittings, valves and seals clearly, and they can be removed freely depending on which job you are heading to.

Where is the Trafic shelving unit anchored?
To the reinforced parts of the vehicle body, because vans of this type have very few original anchor points. Drilling into the side panels and floor is therefore part of installation and is in line with type-approval requirements.
