Volkswagen Transporter van fit-outs
The fit-out for the Volkswagen Transporter differs by generation: the older T6 and the newer T7 are two separate series of vehicle bodies in our database. For both, we build the aluminium profile shelving unit to measure around your tools.

T6 up to 2023, T7 from 2024
The T6 comes in lengths L1 and L2 and as the Kombi Crew Van. The T7 from 2024 comes in lengths L1H1 and L2H1 and in the Twin Cab and L-Partition versions. In our data the new T7 has the same body length and wheelbase as the Ford Transit Custom from 2023, yet we design the fit-out separately for each vehicle. What is already finished you will see on the product cards; the rest is being added gradually. In the database the Twin Cab and Kombi Crew Van have a shorter cargo area than the cargo-only versions, and we adapt the fit-out accordingly. We build the storage system to the millimetre according to the requirements that emerge from a consultation with you.
Expandability and replacing parts
Clamping slots are everywhere, so you can anchor anything anywhere, including your own elements. Expandability in all directions means that you can change, supplement or rebuild the fit-out at any time as your work changes. And if a shelf part gets damaged, you replace only that part, for a fraction of the price, not the whole tray or shelf.
Installation
Thanks to the clamping slot along the full length of the profile, the position of accessories can be changed after installation without drilling into the profile again. The installation location can be Prague, Slavičín in the Zlín region or your own premises, and because installation is optional, you can replace it with self-assembly. We have been building turnkey fit-outs since 2009.

Which Transporter do you build the fit-out for – the T6 or the T7?
Both ranges are in our body database, the T6 up to 2023 and the T7 from 2024. Specific versions and assemblies are being added to the product cards gradually.
Is the fit-out for the T7 the same as for the Ford Transit Custom?
According to our data, the T7 and the Transit Custom have had the same body length and wheelbase since 2023; even so, we design the fit-out separately for each vehicle according to your equipment.
Can a custom element also be anchored in the Transporter?
Yes. The clamping slots run along the full length of the profiles, so you can anchor anything anywhere in them, including your own elements.
What if a shelf part gets damaged?
You replace only the damaged part for a fraction of the price; you do not have to buy a whole new shelf or tray.
