Made-to-measure electric lifting shelves
Made-to-measure electric lifting shelves are our own electric lifting system for improving ergonomics. You can use them, for example, where a heavy device needs to be lifted to a great height above a workbench. We adapt the shelf's load capacity, size and speed to the individual needs of the customer.
What the lifting shelf is for
The system is used to lift a heavier device to a really great height above a workbench. It is raised by an electric drive, so the heavy device does not have to be lifted by hand.
Ergonomics: why lift with a motor
According to ergonomic principles, raised or outstretched arms and manual handling of loads are among the factors that place strain on a worker (see the category Ergonomic workbenches). The principles recommend handling aids that replace manual handling of loads. An electric lifting shelf is one way to improve workplace ergonomics.
What you can specify
- the load capacity of the lifting shelf,
- the size of the shelf,
- the lifting speed.
All three parameters can be made exactly to the customer's individual needs, so the system is not fixed.
What to include in your enquiry
Tell us what device you want to lift (its weight and dimensions), to what height above the workbench and how quickly. On that basis we will design a shelf made to measure.
Related
Electric height adjustment of the table itself is handled by lifting columns and ESSE tables, which we make to order.
