Opel van fit-outs
We build the fit-out for Opel from aluminium profiles, as we do for other makes – not as a ready-made part with fixed dimensions, but to the millimetre according to what you actually carry and what tools you need within reach. For Opel there are two ranges: the Movano and the Vivaro.
For each of them you will find an overview of the available versions by specific vehicle version.

Movano and Vivaro: two models, two generations
We list the Opel Movano in two generations:
- up to 2020 – versions L1H1, L2H2, L3H2 and L4H2,
- the newer one, which in our data begins between 2020 and 2021 – versions L1H1, L2H1, L2H2, L3H2 and L4H2.
The two generations have different bodies, which is why we list them separately.
The Opel Vivaro is divided in a similar way: up to 2019 L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2, from 2019 L1H1, L2H1 and L3H1, plus the Crew Van version in two lengths. The Vivaro Electric is added from 2020 in lengths L1, L2 and L3.
How to adapt the shelving unit in an Opel
Small, light items belong in organisers, while tools you want to keep in sight can be hung on a perforated metal panel. For both the Movano and the Vivaro you can also adjust the assembly as follows:
- move shelves and dividers along the clamping slot of the profile, even after installation,
- enlarge or reduce the tiers according to what you store in them,
- leave out a part you do not need, or add it later.
A ready-made assembly is only a starting point: anything in it can be rebuilt to measure according to what you actually carry.
Steel drawers made to fit a specific vehicle
Instead of an aluminium shelving unit, or alongside it, you can choose TECNO drawer fit-outs. These are steel drawers with a locking catch, designed precisely for a specific model of commercial vehicle, so they match the actual dimensions of its cargo area rather than a universal template.
Made-to-measure orders
Example assemblies for the Movano and Vivaro appear on the model pages as they are completed. You can, however, determine the dimensions yourself: a custom fit-out offers entirely free dimensions, made to measure.
Installation in an Opel
You do not have to order installation. If you wish to entrust it to us, we will carry it out in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or directly at your premises; if not, you can assemble the kit of aluminium profiles yourself after delivery.
Whoever carries out the installation, the same anchoring principle applies: to the reinforced parts of the vehicle body (side panels, floor), which involves drilling into these places in line with type-approval requirements. Vans tend to have very few original anchor points. At the end of the process, the fit-out is entered in the vehicle's registration document.

Which Opel models do you build fit-outs for?
For the Movano and Vivaro. We build the aluminium profile shelving unit to the millimetre around what you carry and the tools you need to have at hand.
Does the year of manufacture matter for the Opel Movano?
Yes. The older Movano up to 2020 and the newer one, which in our data starts in 2020 to 2021, have different bodies and we list them separately.
And for the Opel Vivaro?
The same applies. The Vivaro up to 2019 and from 2019 differ in body; from 2020 the Vivaro Electric is added in lengths L1, L2 and L3.
What can be changed in the assembly?
Anything: move shelves, enlarge or reduce tiers, leave out unneeded parts or add them later. A ready-made assembly is a starting point, not a fixed product.
Do I have to order installation from you?
No. Installation is optional; after delivery you can also assemble the aluminium profile kit yourself.
