Renault van fit-outs
We build the fit-out for Renault vehicles to measure: a Euro box shelving unit to the millimetre around the cases and tools you actually carry. Renault has two ranges: the Master and the Trafic.
Below you will find what distinguishes the versions of each.
Produkty
Master: older and newer generations separately
We list the Renault Master in two periods. Up to 2023 these are the front-wheel-drive versions L1H1, L2H2 and L3H2 and the rear-wheel-drive version L4H2; from 2024 the newer Master in the L2H2, L3H2 and L3H3 versions. The vehicle bodies differ between these generations, which is why the year of manufacture matters when choosing.
Trafic: one model, several vehicle bodies
We list the Trafic from 2014 in the L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2 versions. To these is added the electric variant Trafic Van E-Tech Electric in lengths L1 and L2, which is listed in our data from 2026.
A plumber in a Master or Trafic
A plumber carries a combination of hand and cordless tools, pressing and cutting equipment, piping systems and installation material – drainage and PPR pipes, brass fittings, taps, valves and sealing material. For smaller vans the lightweight System 30 with pull-out frames for any Euro boxes is a good fit; for more demanding equipment, the heavy-duty 40 or 45 series.
How to adapt the assembly
The layout is decided by what will actually be lying in the vehicle: anything in the assembly can be moved, enlarged or rebuilt, even when the shelving unit is already standing. Every version comes with a clamping slot along the full length of the profile, so shelves and dividers can be moved without drilling into the profile again.
Example assembly, or a custom order
The same applies to both the Master and the Trafic: specific assemblies are added to the model pages gradually as they are completed, and a custom fit-out with any dimensions is well suited, for example, to the Renault Trafic.
Installation and anchoring in a Renault
Installation is an optional service, which we carry out in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or directly at the customer's premises. If you wish, you can assemble the kit yourself after delivery.
In the vehicle body the structure is anchored in the reinforced parts, i.e. in the side panels and the floor. Installation therefore involves drilling into these places in line with type-approval requirements, since original anchor points are rather the exception in vans of this type. Installation is then recorded by an entry in the vehicle's registration document.
Frequently asked questions
For which Renault models do you make fit-outs?
For the Master and the Trafic. We build the Euro box shelving unit to measure, to the millimetre, according to the cases and tools you carry.
Does the Renault Master up to 2023 differ from the one from 2024?
Yes. The vehicle bodies of the two generations differ and we list them separately, so the year of manufacture matters when choosing.
What lengths and heights does the Trafic come in?
We list the Trafic from 2014 in the L1H1, L2H1 and L2H2 versions; the electric Trafic Van E-Tech Electric comes in lengths L1 and L2.
Can the shelving unit be adapted for a plumber?
Yes. A plumber carries pipes, fittings, valves and pressing equipment, and we arrange the assembly accordingly. For more demanding equipment, the heavier-duty 40 or 45 series is a better fit than the lightweight System 30.
Can the shelving unit be rebuilt if my work changes?
Yes. Shelves and dividers can be moved along the clamping slot of the profile even after installation, and the fit-out can be extended, so you can adapt it to new equipment.
