Fit-outs for inspection technicians
The inspection technician, whether carrying out inspections of electrical equipment, lightning protection or gas installations, carries mainly measuring instruments: inspection instruments, testers, measuring probes, calibrated gauges and documentation. The instruments are sensitive, expensive and often calibrated, so they cannot tolerate shocks, damp or extreme temperatures. They therefore have padded boxes with a fixed place and a lock, where nothing else is put.

Reports, labels and stamps belong in a closed compartment so they do not get crumpled or smudged. It is good to have a flat surface in the vehicle for filling in reports, a holder for a laptop or tablet with power supply and a place for a label printer. Space for a ladder and long measuring rods is provided by roof holders or longitudinal carriers.
