How a fit-out is made: process and professional installation

How the cooperation works, step by step

The process for a made-to-measure fit-out is the same whether it is one small assembly or an entire vehicle fleet. If you know it in advance, you save yourself unnecessary questions.

1. Brief. Tell us what you carry and in what. Send a photo of the cargo area, a hand sketch or even just a verbal description. A photo of your tools, cases and boxes helps too. The more you show us, the more accurate the design will be.
2. Vehicle details. Make, model, year of manufacture, body length and height and, where relevant, wheelbase and drive type. From these we find the dimensions of the cargo area and the height of the rear opening.
3. 3D design. We prepare a realistic 3D model of the assembly in the vehicle, which you can view from all sides. We also propose alternatives, where they exist.
4. Revisions. We adjust the model until it is exactly as you imagine it. Anything can be moved, enlarged, reduced or left out. This stage decides whether the fit-out will fit properly.
5. Approval and quotation. Once the model is approved, you receive the final quotation. Any formalities with the authority and the testing station are discussed in advance.
6. Production. We build the fit-out from aluminium profiles and components according to the approved model.
7. Professional installation. It is carried out turnkey in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or directly at your premises. If you prefer, you can assemble the structure yourself.
8. Handover and registration. At handover we go through the assembly together, show you how the pull-outs, locking and locks work and tell you what is worth checking regularly. After professional installation we register the fit-out in the electronic vehicle technical certificate (ISTP of the Ministry of Transport).

Professional installation: with us, at your premises, or self-assembly

Professional installation is an optional service. You can choose the option that suits you.

Turnkey professional installation

We carry out the professional installation of the fit-out in Prague, in Slavičín in the Zlín region or directly at your premises. You either bring the vehicle to the workshop, or leave it with us and collect it after installation; alternatively, our technicians come to you. Professional installation includes drilling into reinforced parts of the body, anchoring the structure and a functional test of the pull-outs and locking.

Self-assembly

The structure can also be assembled yourself, and many customers do so. It helps to have basic tools, a level surface and a little patience. Drilling into the body requires care: the drilling points and the elements used to anchor the structure must match the design.

After professional installation

The joints may settle slightly after the first load, so we recommend checking that they are tight after the first few trips.
